A branding assignment created at MMB for Japanese sushi chain Sugidama’s first U.S. location, Sakabayashi. We adjusted their logo for an American audience, while balancing the client’s desire to convey an authentic Japanese sushi tavern experience. I also created promotional OOH that furthered the idea of an upscale dining experience by feeling more like an art piece than your typical poster.
